About QuantHealth and This Policy
QuantHealth Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), Rothschild Boulevard 45, Floor 6, Tel Aviv 6789141, Israel, owns the databases used for our platform and qunathealth.com.
Our platform models drug compound behavior across populations of virtual patients. These virtual patients are synthetic computational constructs, not derived from, linked to, or identifiable with real individuals. We do not collect, store, or process real patient health records or patient-level personally identifiable information in delivering our AI clinical trial simulation service.
We process a narrower set of data: professional contact details from client representatives and website visitors; compound and scientific parameters submitted for simulations, treated as confidential business information under service agreements, not personal data; and technical usage data from our website and platform.
This policy describes our handling of personal data under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("PPL") and associated Privacy Protection Regulations.
1. Database Owner
QuantHealth Ltd, Rothschild Boulevard 45, Floor 6, Tel Aviv 6789141, Israel, is the database owner under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("PPL") and applicable Privacy Protection Regulations. Contact: [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
We process these categories of personal information:
- Identity and contact details you provide: name, work email address, job title, company name, and phone number, through contact forms, pilot inquiries, or account registration.
- Professional context: therapeutic area of interest, role in clinical development, and compound indication shared during scoping or pilot engagement.
- Message content sent to us by email or through the contact form on qunathealth.com.
- Automatic technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and referring URL.
- With our notice-only cookie model, we collect anonymized usage metrics to understand platform use and improve it.
We do not collect personally identifiable health data from patients. Client-submitted compound parameters and pharmacokinetic data remain confidential business information under our service agreements, not personal data of natural persons.
3. Purposes of Processing
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries, scoping requests, and pilot discussions;
- Operate the simulation platform for contracted clients, including account management and simulation outputs;
- Send client representatives service updates, methodology changes, and engagement information;
- Improve platform performance and user experience with anonymized analytics;
- Meet legal and regulatory duties under Israeli law;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent misuse or unauthorized access.
We do not conduct direct marketing without consent, or use client compound data to train models without an explicit written agreement.
4. Sharing and Cross-Border Transfers
We share personal information only with processors under written agreements or when law requires it. Recipients may include:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers processing data for us under data processing agreements;
- Analytics and monitoring services under data processing agreements, limited to anonymized or pseudonymized data;
- Legal and accounting advisors bound by confidentiality duties;
- Competent authorities where Israeli law or a court order requires disclosure.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes.
Cross-border transfers follow the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001. For providers in countries lacking adequate protection, we use contractual safeguards consistent with those Regulations.
EU or EEA clients remain data controllers for personal data of their employees or representatives processed through our platform and are responsible for their GDPR compliance. QuantHealth acts as their data processor under a data processing agreement.
5. Your Rights under the PPL
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you have the following rights with respect to personal information held about you:
- The right to inspect information held about you in our databases;
- The right to request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information;
- The right to request removal from a database used for direct marketing purposes.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
We retain personal information as needed for stated purposes and legal duties. Inquiry data is kept up to three years after last contact. Platform account and engagement data remains for the service agreement and up to five years afterward. Technical logs are retained up to 12 months. Deletion requests remain subject to overriding retention duties.
7. Security Incidents
We use technical and organizational safeguards suited to the data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and unauthorized-access monitoring. Where required by the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, we notify the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and affected data subjects within the required timeframes.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for cookie types, purposes, and management choices.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when our data practices change. We will post material changes with a new "Last updated" date. The revised policy applies from its stated effective date to continued website or platform use.
